What is Camp Lagree?
Camp Lagree is a mobile Lagree fitness experience that brings the signature Microformer workout directly to you. Whether it’s a bachelorette party, girl’s night, private training, or pop-up event, we deliver high-intensity, low-impact workouts wherever you are.

What is a Microformer?
The Microformer is a compact but powerful Lagree machine designed to deliver full-body strength, endurance, and core workouts in a small footprint. It’s the same burn you’d expect from a studio—but portable.

Do I need any prior Lagree experience to book a class or session?
Not at all! Our workouts are designed for all levels. We offer modifications and personalized coaching so everyone—from beginner to advanced—feels successful and challenged.

What kind of space do I need to host a Camp Lagree workout?
We just need a flat, open space—indoors or outdoors. Think driveways, patios, living rooms, backyards, or private event spaces. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to guide you through setup recommendations.

How many people can join a session?
We can accommodate anywhere from 1 to 12 Microformers, depending on your group size and the event. For larger events, we can help you plan a rotating format or staggered sessions.

What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Reno, NV and serve surrounding areas including Tahoe. For special events outside this region including Sacramento, contact us for travel rates and availability.

Can I rent a Microformer without booking a class?
Yes! We offer Microformer rentals with flexible timeframes. It’s a great way to stay consistent between sessions.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance—especially for events or weekends. That said, we’ll always try to accommodate last-minute requests when possible!

What should we wear or bring to a Camp Lagree class?
Wear fitted workout clothes and grippy socks (if you have them). We’ll provide everything else—including the burn.
